Broek Pork Acres is a unique and local direct marketing family farm that raises and processes pasture raised hogs and has a clear focus on quality rather than quantity. Our pasture to plate process includes a hands on approach that ensures the quality and freshness of the end product.
We grow grain & hay for feed, raise our own hogs, process the meat and market the pork to various high end restaurants, meat shops, community grocery stores and directly to Albertan families.
We chose Berkshire pork because of its top quality with marbling, moisture, and tenderness. The fact that they are raises outdoors also enhances the quality with the added health benifits of grass fed meat.
We sell our pastured pork by the whole or individual cuts to the finest restaurants or custom for your dining room table.
