A lean fresh breakfast sausage without fillers or binders. A choice of Regular or Maple, with or without garlic.
Baked - Bake uncovered in oven at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes.
Frying - Fry in a small amount of water for around 10 minutes, letting the water evaporate and then brown.
BBQ - Cook the sausage directly on the grill on a medium or low heat setting.
The Sausage is done when it feels firm when squeezed with tongs.
Don’t prick or boil the sausage as you will release all the juices and lose the flavors.
